What to Experience at the Oogie Boogie Bash

There will be so many family-friendly Halloween-themed adventures to experience at Oogie Boogie Bash! In addition to the Halloween overlays at each park, Disney’s California Adventure will boast some attractions that are unique to the Bash.

Here’s a look at what Oogie Boogie Bash offers:

  • Villainous! – World of Color. The sensational water, light and projection show, is back at Disney’s California Adventure and will have a temporary makeover during Oogie Boogie Bash. Enjoy a villain-filled overlay to World of Color, celebrating the Disney Characters we all love to hate.
  • Character Encounters. During the Oogie Boogie Bash, villians will be wandering around Disney’s California Adventure. However, there are some who can only be found at the Bash. Look for Oogie Boogie and other “baddies” like the Headless Horseman, Mad Hatter and more.
  • DescenDance. Head to Hollywoodland’s Backlot and participate in this all-ages dance party themed after Disney’s Descendants franchise.
  • “Frightfully Fun Parade” This parade from the now-retired Mickey’s Halloween Party will make its way to its new location in Disney’s California Adventure for the Bash. Keep your eyes peeled for villains and Disney Characters in costume.
  • Immersive Treat Trails. Trick or treat on this trail during Oogie Boogie Bash. Big cauldrons of goodies are positioned throughout the Park, and villians will be roaming the trail.
  • Mickey’s Trick or Treat Show. In Hollywoodland, catch a live show with Mickey and his friends. They will tell family-friendly tales to spook and delight guests of all ages.
  • Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. The trail will undergo a dreamy transformation for the Oogie Boogie Bash. While still remaining family-friendly, it’ll have a slightly frightful overlay with smoke and light projections.
